Bag and Tee Care

LEATHER BAGS

Leather is a natural material, and with time it may soften, stretch, or develop subtle changes through use. These shifts are part of its charm and character. While this natural evolution is expected, here are a few care tips to help keep your leather bag looking its best for years to come.

  • Use a specialised leather cleaner or moisturiser, applying it to a soft cloth -  never directly onto the leather.
  • Always test any product on a hidden area first to ensure it won’t damage the surface.
  • To protect against water and stains, apply a leather-safe protective spray.
  • Avoid products containing alcohol, as they can dry out the leather and cause discolouration.
  • If the bag gets wet, wipe off excess moisture immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

Storage tips:

  • Store your bag in its dust bag.
  • To help maintain its shape, stuff it with paper or bubble wrap.
  • Ensure the bag is completely dry before storing, and place silica packets inside to prevent dampness.
  • If the bag isn’t used often, air it out occasionally to maintain freshness.
  • Avoid exposing the leather to harsh weather or extreme heat, as this can accelerate ageing and wear.

TEES

To keep your T-shirt looking fresh and vibrant:

  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Use mild detergent without bleach.
  • Air dry whenever possible to extend the life of the fabric.
  • If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting and iron inside out to protect prints.

VEGAN LEATHER

 To care for vegan leather:

  • Store it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading or damage.
  • Clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding harsh chemicals.
  • Dry the surface with a clean cloth or paper towel.
  • Although vegan leather is water-resistant, always store it dry.
  • Avoid exposing it to extreme heat or cold, which may affect texture or shape.
