Kite Crossbody bag - Worth every cent, buy it now!

So very happy with my bag! Excellent quality, fantastic size. It fits my laptop, notebook, beauty bag, phone, wallet and more, perfectly. I'm looking forward to my next Late to Work purchase!

My bag was stuck in transit from the 27th of June with AusPost and finally arrived on the 14th of July. I flagged this with the third party insurance. They were great and responded fairly quickly. They advised to give it some time otherwise they would investigate further.

I love this bag. The colour is beautiful. It’s the perfect size and shape.

It’s very Nice and Unique. with two notes.

I am writing this in honesty of my first impressions and my desire for this company to do well. I love the slouchiness on the bag while retaining its boxy shape. I hope the base material is something good and not paper. The leather feels nice and the color is great. I love red and this is a great way to incorporate this shade into my everyday. The silver hardware is nice and doesn’t seem to scratch easily after messing with the buckles. I personally love the way the buckles swing but you can link them across the bag if you like that look.

The inside pockets are nice and the material looks good. The zippers all around are smooth. I kinda like how the zipper doesn’t run across the length on the bag but it is important to get used to especially if you’re used to totes and bucket bags.

NOW. I just have two notes. I noticed the adjustment holes on the straps were a little askew but not a huge deal, just off enough for me to notice. Second, the length of the straps were hard for me to adjust or at least not intuitive to me. I highly recommend making a video on how to adjust properly so people like me don’t mangle the leather straight out the box. Highly recommend you to adjust your bag how you want it for the day as you do not want to do this on-the-go.

That being said, once adjusted to my preference it’s perfect, again I love the silver hardware, even the “late to work” logo is kinda charming (usually it’s cringey depending on the branding, I think it works well here).

Also, consider a different font for the Thank you/Tips card. No Times New Roman.

Fashionable, perfect

This is my fourth bag from LTW. I have the OG patent kite bag - This medium kite bag is just as great as the OG. The medium size still fits my macbook when I'm packing for lighter days. However with my water bottle might be more of a snug fit! the top grain leather is super soft and slouches perfectly when it's filled. I find that the smaller size complements my frame more. I am female 163cm.

It’s perfect. Do not skip this purchase!

I love this bag, I have both the original shiny leather version and this luxe one and definitely prefer this one! It’s a little bit more structured so the zip is easier to do, it’s more understated and less shiny with the pebbled leather makes the silver accents pop more. The leather is still super supple and soft, which just adds so much joy to wearing it!

I’m really not the type of person who writes a review for a product. But I really want to express how much I love this bag!! I’m from the States, and I’ve been looking for the perfect lucky bag for work and travel, and I was gonna go with a typical high-end seller like Coach or Jacquemus, as my buddies had. Until I found the Kite bag; this bag is legit the perfect add to any outfit, and the compliments I’ve gotten with this are crazy. Not even just that, but the amount of stuff I can fit in this with my large-ass computer has been even more perfect! I think if you're considering it, give it a shot cause the cost and luxury of the materials are perfect. And it’s even cooler helping out a new team of young creatives.

Amazing quality, rich colour but too big

I wish there are more diverse models modelling the bag. As a petite woman, it turned out to be HUGE on me. I guess that’s more on me for not reading the dimensions carefully.

Decent as a work bag if you don’t bring a lot

Love the design! But I do have some qualms. Firstly, the straps don’t have enough holes; the shortest length is still too long for me to wear the backpack comfortably, so I'm going to need to figure something out. And secondly, I don’t love the zipper; it feels a bit flimsy. The zipper also makes it difficult to fit my 14-inch laptop in, especially when I try to put it in with a laptop sleeve. If I don’t use a sleeve, the zipper in the laptop compartment scratches at my laptop which is pretty annoying.

Only critique is that I’d love to have an extra cm added to the zipper opening so that my 13” laptop could easily be placed inside -it’s a bit of a struggle.

It was a bit of a gamble to buy the mystery box because I was afraid of receiving jewelry I don't like (there were 2 pieces I did not like on the website). I was wrong in the best way possible. All the pieces were beautiful and high quality. I love them all♡

High quality, stylish bag

I really love my willow bag and was hyped to buy it ASAP when I saw it unreleased on the IG. On arrival it has beautiful, soft leather and high quality metal. The attention to detail is superb with the logo placed tastefully throughout its design.

I was lucky to be able to preorder and receive a complimentary shoulder pad. It’s definitely a must have if you consider purchasing this bag, it makes holding the bag super comfortable.

The straps are sturdy but I’ll need to hole punch to make it shorter as I find that it is too long for me despite it being on the shortest length possible. I am 161cm tall and the bag with weight in it unfortunately strains my back as it sits below my hips, hoping shorter straps/more holes can be considered in future models.
Additionally, it is a rather snug fit with my Macbook Air. To make it fit I insert my laptop vertically then adjust in the bag as the length of the zips is shorter than the horizontal length of my laptop.
My only qualm is that I unfortunately had some areas of my straps with messy stitching.

Otherwise, I’m very excited to use this bag and thank the creativity and team at Late To Work Studios behind this bag. It’s simple, high quality and very unique!

Great bag, weak magnet

I love the bag, very cute, big enough to carry the minimal items I need for work but not too big where I would overfill it and hurt my back from lugging too much around. Docking a star from the rating because the magnet is very weak. Honestly it probably would have deterred me from buying it if I had tested the magnetic closure in person. But if you don’t mind that, you will likely be happy with it too. I’m keen to bang this bag up a bit and see how it ages, I’m not a fan of a fresh looking bag. Hopefully it gets floppier over time.

My new travel bag.

I received my Runaway bag today. The delivery was surprisingly quick, considering I live on the west coast of Canada. I didn't have to pay duty at customs just my provincial sales tax which was a nice surprise. It is one beautiful bag , such supple leather which will get better with time and the extra crossbody strap is a bonus. I will probably be ordering a different bag when it's in stock. Glad I found your company!

Great quality! But short straps.

Great quality! But straps are not suitable for bigger individuals. So if you are wanting to utilise it as a cross body style it won’t fit. So I’m just using it like a hand bag.

The Perfect Unstructured Tote

The Runaway bag is the perfect mix slouchy and oversized but it fits oh so perfectly under your arm. This bag can fit my 15" macbook but I can also use it for just the essentials. With soft leather and two removable straps this bag is perfect! Highly recommend :)
